Alex

CEO

Alex is the daughter of Park Place Medical Spa founder Dr. Arnold Del Pilar. In 2014, Alex joined as a body contouring specialist and has spent the last decade alongside her Dad continuing her education in non-invasive facial and body aesthetics. Alex is very passionate about developing genuine patient relationships and knows it is her mission in life to build up the confidence and self-love of women and men in our community.

Emily

Physician Assistant

Emily is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) specializing in family medicine, urgent care and aesthetics. Emily grew up in South Bend, Indiana, inspired by the hard work of her parents and grandparents. Emily graduated from Valparaiso University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science and in 2021 with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She has completed extensive clinical training with Dr. Arnold Del Pilar as well as with multiple general and plastic surgeons during her academic training. When she is not at Park Place or Del Pilar Medical, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and showing her horse. Emily is well prepared to deliver high quality care to new and existing cosmetic patients.

McKenna

Registered Nurse

McKenna is a Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She graduated in 2020 and returned home to the Michiana area to practice in critical care nursing. She has been trained and certified as an RN injector from Aesthetic Medical as well as our Physician Assistant Emily. She is passionate about helping clients feel and look their best. McKenna is honored to serve our community in a way that builds up individuals and hopes to empower her clients with her services. Outside of Park Place Medical Spa, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and DIY home projects.

Body Contouring + Certified Nutritionist

After graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Michigan Stevie continued on with her education to deepen her own personal connection with nutrition by becoming an Integrative Nutritionist & Health Coach. For nearly 10 years she been supporting and guiding her clients to become the most optimal version of themselves through focusing on a fully integrative approach to living that encompasses both nutrition & lifestyle. By pulling from her expertise in nutrition & deeply connecting with patients Stevie is able to build individualized body contouring programs to address each patients individual needs, concerns, goals and ultimately build a personalized plan that is able to give them back a piece of themselves. Her personal goal is for every patient she works with to leave our office feeling more confident in their skin & body from the inside out.

Sara

Licensed Aesthetician

Sara has fifteen years experience in the medical field, ten of those years has been as a licensed esthetician and laser technician. She proudly served four years in the United States Army as a Medical Laboratory Technician where she earned several commendations as well as a B.Sc. degree. Sara is the mother of three daughters and when she’s not helping patients achieve the skin of their dreams, she enjoys being outside, going to the gun range, photography, and travel. She really encourages patients to understand they are inherently extraordinary, and, when it comes to proper skin health and wellness, we are simply enhancing that extraordinary.

Licensed Aesthetician

I’m a licensed aesthetician and acne specialist since 2020. Like many in my field, my journey with skin health started from a struggle to heal my own skin. At just 12, I developed severe cystic acne and it took me several years to heal my own skin. My passion is treating acne and educating my patients on how to maintain clear skin. I enjoy having an ongoing relationship with my patients, and helping them empower themselves to treat their skin properly outside my treatment room. Prevention is key! When I’m not in the treatment room, I like to travel, cook, spend time with my family, and spoil my rescue cat Santina!

Stephanie

Business Manager

Stephanie has been married to her husband, Steve for 22 years. They have two children; Alec who is a junior at IU Bloomington and Mia who is a freshman at IU. Stephanie got her first job as an intern at a locally owned staffing agency and eventually became a territory manager for both the Indianapolis and South Bend locations. She oversaw all the day to day office operations in both locations. In 2014, she started working for Adam’s High School as an assistant tennis coach alongside her sister. Her love for the game and passion for helping kids is something she still assists with in her time outside of the spa.

Stephanie is super close to her big Greek family.

They are a huge part of her life and she feels super fortunate to live so close to so many of them. So much so, it would be rare for you to see her around town alone! Her career has always lead her to helping others feel confident and good about themselves and their goals. She looks forward to continuing that passion in her role with Park Place!

Mary Cate (MC)

Body Contouring Specialist

Mary Cate was born and raised in South Bend, IN. She graduated from the University of Dayton in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business.

After graduation, she spent 2.5 years working in Europe, where she loved every moment of immersing herself in new cultures, forming lifelong friendships, and expanding her global perspective. MC has a deep love for travel and is always ready for the next adventure.

When she’s not working, MC enjoys staying active by playing pickleball, working out, downhill skiing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. MC loves empowering others and helping them feel their best. She believes confidence starts from within and loves being part of a team that helps people look and feel amazing in their own skin.

Operations Manager

Jessica is from a small town in Indiana called Westville. She moved to the South Bend area for college and has been here ever since. She graduated from IUSB with a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Sports and Exercise Science. She has been working in the aesthetic industry for over 7 years and has a strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Her favorite part of being a spa associate with Park Place is uplifting people, boosting their confidence, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Because Jessica grew up near Lake Michigan, she loves being on or near the water. The beach is one of her favorite places. Jessica and her fiance have their own kayaks and love being outdoors. In her other spare time, if she’s not at home cuddling her cat, she will be hanging out with friends or family. She loves quality time and making memories with her favorite people.

Nurse Practitioner

Stephanie Unger, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a career in healthcare spanning back to 2008. With experience in ICU, endocrinology, and aesthetics, she brings a unique blend of medical expertise and artistry to every patient interaction. Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana in 2020 and has since continued her education in both wellness and aesthetics. She is passionate about making beauty feel both luxurious and lasting, offering treatments that enhance confidence while remaining approachable and natural. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, bike riding with her husband and three boys, and spending time in her garden.
