Park Place was born out of a pretty simple idea: create a med spa in Granger that cares.

Dr. Arnold Del Pilar and his daughter Alex have assembled an All-Star team to make that mission a reality. And we think we nailed it—The Girls have over 60 years of combined experience connecting with patients and creating powerful aesthetic success stories!

But we don’t take our national recognition for granted. At Park Place, trust is earned. Every treatment, every consultation, every phone call, The Girls strive to provide our patients with the best, kindest, and most informed support possible.

Park Place Medical Spa traces its roots back to Del Pilar Medical & Emergency Care and the man, the myth, the legend himself: Dr. Arnold Del Pilar.

Dr. Del Pilar was interested in expanding his medical center’s services to patients, especially those trying to lose weight or simply feel a little more confident. He wanted to help the whole patient, not just address medical emergencies. After all, when we feel good about ourselves, it makes the healing process easier.

It wasn’t until 2014, when his daughter, Alex, came on board, that Park Place Medical Spa became more than a pipe dream. Their combined powers allowed the practice to expand its services into body contouring—far before the rest of South Bend had caught on to how effective & empowering the Emsuite can be for patients.

Soon, Alex & her dad were supporting so many patients with quality skincare & body contouring solutions that they outgrew the clinic facility Dr. Del Pilar had founded.

That brings us to today and our home in Granger, where we continue to provide the same patient-centric care built on our foundation of joy & love for our community.
