EMSELLA works by strengthening the muscles responsible for supporting the bladder. During the procedure, the patient will sit clothed, on a chair designed to use High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to activate the muscle neurons in the pelvic floor. The neurons force the muscles to tight and induce kegels.
